Hello and Happy Holidays!!!

I meant to post this exciting news sooner.... I was honored with the "Top 5 Photographers of the Year Award" from Professional Photographers of West Michigan (PPWM) at our banquet a couple weeks ago. Here I am with my friend and colleague, Tom Thompson who also made it into the Top 10. Thank you to all my friends, family and clients that cheered me on this past year. Your love and support helped get me to where I am today....I am so very blessed!

November Sunrise

Got up this morning and was feeling very tired...It is just that time of year with the holidays upon us and the crammed schedule is starting to take its toll.... When I looked out my window I had a moment of serenity when I saw our beautiful November sunrise.

Wow - Can't believe how time rolls by....I have not been very dedicated to my blog ever since I got addicted to Facebook! I came across this image I shot last week while I was waiting for one of my clients to show for his senior portrait session. Watching this swan gave me so much peace and serenity...thinking back to it now I thought it would be nice to share for any of you that do check the blog from time to time. Happy Fall!
