This is what the hot coals look like just before you walk over them - YES - in your bare feet!

Part of the firewalking ritual is to chant and drum around the fire.
The Flames were intensely hot and danced into a beautiful firey display.
Daina Puodziunas (pictured far left) is a Certified Firewalking Instructor.  She owns and operates Awakened Potentials, specializing in renewing and exploring the Mind, Body and Spirit. I decided to join some close friends in the firewalk experience.  What better way to bring in a new year than to renew your mind and empower yourself with life many possibilities!
